Introduction to Recommendation Modules Dashboard
The total metrics of the Recommendation modules are shown in Segmentify Dashboard. The dashboard consists of 4 parts: Widget, Interaction, Basket, and Revenue.
“Widget” cart shows the statistics about Segmentify Recommendation Widgets.
Views: Indicate the total number of recommendation widgets on eCommerce websites that have actually been seen by visitors.
Impressions: Indicates the total number of page views with a campaign on the page. Whether the widget was seen by visitors is irrelevant in this count.
Impression Rate: The ratio between the number of views of the recommendation widgets over the total amount of pageviews with widgets on the page. It is calculated by dividing Views by Impressions.
“Interaction” shows the statistics about user interaction with Segmentify Recommendation Widgets.
Product Clicks: Shows how many times the products inside the recommendation widgets are clicked by visitor.
CTR: Click-through rate shows the ratio between the number of clicks on a recommendation widget and the number of views by visitors. It is calculated by dividing Clicks to Views.
Left Arrow Click: Shows the number of times Left Arrow Click in Recommendation widgets.
Right Arrow Click: Shows the number of times Right Arrow Click in Recommendation widgets.
The Slider Arrow Click Reports enabled from the Recommendation in Global Settings can be seen as Left Arrow Click-Right Arrow Click in Interaction Box.
“Basket” shows the statistics about products that are added to the basket through Segmentify Recommendation Widgets.
If a visitor adds two of the same product after clicking on a recommendation widget, it is counted as one item.
Total Amount: Shows the total monetary amount of items added to the basket through recommendation widgets
Basket Rate: Shows the ratio between the number of products that are added to the basket and the number of products that are clicked through the recommendation widgets. It is calculated by dividing Products Added to the Basket to Products Clicked.
Basket rate is calculated on the unique product added.
“Revenue” shows the statistics about products that are purchased through Segmentify Recommendation Widgets and the effect of those purchases over eCommerce websites' overall revenue.
Revenue: Shows the total monetary amount of products sold through recommendation widgets. Segmentify only tracks the products clicked from the recommendation widgets in the same session. When a visitor buys 2 products with only one of them directed from a recommendation widget, Segmentify only adds that one product to its revenue contribution.
Purchases: Shows the number of purchases that include at least one product directed from Segmentify Recommendation Widgets.
Purchased Products: Shows the total number of products that are sold through Segmentify Recommendation Widgets. If a visitor buys two of the same product after clicking on it in a recommendation widget, it is counted as two items.
Average Order Contribution: Shows Segmentify Recommendation Widgets’ average amount of contribution to an order
Contribution Ratio: Shows the ratio between Segmentify Recommendation Widgets’ contribution and the overall revenue. It is calculated by the Revenue of the Widgets divided by Overall Revenue.
!!! If the rate is below this range, adding new recommendation widgets and personalization campaigns should be considered.
