How to Create a Form-Survey Campaign

The "Form-Survey Campaign", allows creating surveys on e-commerce websites, and is, therefore, a great way to track consumer satisfaction. In this way, improvements can be made on products or websites according to consumer responses.

There are some steps to create a Form-Survey campaign. Let's take a look at these steps:

Step 1. Login to Segmentify panel.​​

Step 2. Select Behavioural Targeting module from the sidebar.

Step 3. On the Behavioural Targeting page that opens, select Form-Survey campaign from the sidebar.

Step 4. Click on the Create Form-Survey button to go to the campaign creation page.

Step 5. Fill in the required fields to create the campaign on the page that opens. These fields and their explanations are given in detail below:

  1. Title: This field indicates the title of the Form-Survey campaign.

  2. Description: A description of the popup to be displayed for the Form-Survey campaign must be entered.

  3. Submit Button Text: 'Call to Action' text must be entered from this field. For example, 'Send'

  4. Form Fields: Form field metrics can be adjusted by clicking on them.

  • Text Area

  • Checkbox

  • Radio Button

Form Fields Section

  1. Campaign Name: A campaign name must be entered in this field. With this name, the campaign can be found easily on the panel.

  2. Start Date: It is the field where the start date of the campaign is selected. The campaign is published with the date selected from this area.

  3. End Date: It is the field where the end date of the campaign is selected. The campaign stops running as of the date selected from this area.

  4. Device Types: With this field, the devices the campaign will run on are selected. There are options such as Web and App.

  5. Pages To Show: The pages on which the Form-Survey campaign will run can be selected from this field.

  6. Advanced Configuration: In this area, operations such as banner design, manual filters and printing of data are carried out.

  7. Go Test: With this button, the campaign can be saved as a draft.

  8. Go Live: With this button, it is delivered to the subscribers according to its timing.

  9. This section contains the titles of the metrics you can add to your Form-Survey campaign. These metrics are already displayed on the campaign editing screen. You can hide the metrics in the edit screen by clicking on them.

  • Position: The position of the Form-Survey campaign on the page can be adjusted.

  • Timing & Frequency: The time and frequency of the Form-Survey campaign to be displayed can be set with this field.

  • Target Audience: The target audience of the Form-Survey campaign to be displayed can be set from this area.

  1. Overlay: Along with the overlay feature, the focus feature is added to the Form-Survey.

  2. Vertical Align: The position of the campaign can be adjusted at the top, middle or bottom of the page.

  3. Horizontal Align: The position of the campaign can be set on the left, middle or right side of the page.

  4. Timing: With this option, Form-Survey can be displayed right after a visit to a website, a few seconds after a visit, or when an exit-intent happens. 

  5. Frequency: The display frequency of the Form-Survey can be adjusted. For example, once in a session.

  6. Target Audience:

  • Visitor Segment: The campaign can be filtered according to segments.

  • Visitor Type: The campaign can be filtered according to visitor types.
