Data of Personalised Push Notification campaigns are kept in the Dashboard. It is up to you to choose which time this data belongs to. Whether today's or the previous month's data can be viewed on this screen with a few clicks. The time metrics offered by Segmentify will speed up your transactions. 


Time selection in Dashboard

Keeping the data related to push up-to-date is very important since the push is a very dynamic module on its own.

The data that you can access in the Push Dashboard is explained in the image below:

Total Subscribers

This metric shows the total number of subscribers that Segmentify can send pushes. This is the most up-to-date number.



Push Box

This box, which is the first step in displaying the data of the Segmentify Personalised Push Notification Campaigns, conveys the view, sent, and impression rate metrics.

  • Views: This shows the total number of times your push notifications have been viewed.
  • Sent: This shows the total number of push notifications that have been sent in the selected time period.
  • Impression Rate: The ratio between the number of viewed push notifications over the total number of notifications sent. It is calculated by dividing Views by Sent.



Interaction Box

Users' interaction with a campaign is the easiest way to understand how effective that campaign is on a website. This box shows the statistics about user interaction with Segmentify Personalised Push Notifications.

  • Clicks: This shows the amount of times the products on the push notifications have been clicked on by the visitors.
  • CTR: Click-through rate shows the ratio between the number of clicks on push notifications and the number of times notifications have been viewed by your visitors. It is calculated by dividing Clicks by Views.



Basket Box

The metrics that can be followed by adding to the basket via the campaign are located here. This box shows the statistics about products that have been added to the basket through Segmentify Personalised Push Notifications.

  • Products: This shows the number of products that have been added to the basket through Segmentify Personalised Push Notifications.
  • Total Amount: This shows the total monetary amount of items added to the basket through Personalised Push Notifications.
  • Basket Rate: This shows the ratio between the number of products that are added to the basket and the number of products that are clicked through the Personalised Push Notifications. It is calculated by dividing Products Added to the Basket to Clicks.



Revenue Box

With the revenue statistics, the success of the campaign can be seen directly. This box shows the statistics about products that are purchased through Segmentify Personalised Push Notifications and the impact of those purchases on your website’s overall revenue.

  • Revenue: This shows the total monetary amount of products sold through personalised push notifications. When a visitor purchases products from a push notification within the same session, Segmentify adds all transactional revenue to its revenue contribution.
  • Purchases: This shows the number of purchases that are directed from Segmentify Personalised Push Notifications.
  • Purchased Products: This shows the total number of products that are sold through Segmentify Personalised Push Notifications.
  • Average Order Contribution: This shows the average order contribution amount of Segmentify Personalised Push Notifications.
  • Contribution Ratio: This shows the ratio between Segmentify Personalised Push Notifications contribution and the overall revenue. It is calculated by dividing the Revenue of Segmentify Push Notifications by Overall Revenue.
